Before this time we did not provide hosting services but were a user of many, many different web hosting service providers. Because of this we were often asked for referrals from our many marketing and niche market customers after reliable web hosting - which we gladly did. Unfortunately sometimes the level of service our referred customers received horrified us and so in 2005 we began offering a superior hosting service to our clients.

For the information of the more technical minded people - our Data Center is located in Houston, Texas and is staffed 24/7/365 (around the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).

There are multiple OC48 SONET fiber rings that provide basic connectivity to eight internet access carriers.

The Data Center is completely redundant, including a 2200 gallon backup diesel generator.
i.e. This means should power from the power grid be unavailable or "go down" then the Data Center would not as it has it's own diesel backup power system that would kick in and power the Data Center for many, many days.

There are over 580 smoke detectors throughout the 35,000 square foot facility, with a VESDA contaminate system and state of the art fire fighting system.
